my friends are practising the vertical jump but it isnt it,
I have a wish to dunk but i cant.
i wanna go to the gym and practise there my vertical jump so i ask u is it good to do that or what?
i trained basketball,but i'm to little and my strengh is week!!!
what should i do?? thanks

		<description>Hey Jacob. I'm in the 10th grade too. I for some odd reason happen to be going into my 11th grade. My jumps are pretty decent and i havent put much work into it. But if you can most of my jumping capability came from Volleyball. If you can get involeved. Also just use the jump manual efficently, you will see results. :D</description>
