i want to jump higher because im 6′3 in the 10th grade and its imbarassing to no that i cant jump so please help me in any way

Hi my name is malcom and i listened and watched all your youtube videos and im asking you for a copy of this manual because i have that problem you were explaining im 5′6 but i have worked really hard over this year doing strength shoes, jump soles, jump attack, and constently in the weight room and yet all im doing is grabbing rim and i need to be dunking before basketball season next year. I hope you can help me because i have no more ideas and you sound like you know what your talking about and i need guidance. thank you

What should i do to get my vertical higher for volleyball?

well i’m 16 and i’m 6′3 i’m left handed and i jump off my right foot but i broke my right ankle 2 years in a row i dont think i am fully jump to might ability do u have a work out for me
