		<description>ok,im 12 years old and im a crazy good dribbler i can shoot the long shot but the problem is i can't jump. i have been doing these workouts on youtube but none of them seem to work. your video came up and it looked like you had the same problem that i do. So i think this would be a good idea for website.</description>

		<description>Thank you for spreading the word on air alert. There is simply no way to make a one-size-fits all program, which air alert attempts to do. It completely neglects strength training and has way too many reps to train max power and not endurance. Good message. maybe clean up the typos and grammar though</description>
