Second, this products requires that you give up several things such as sweets, and colas as well as other healthy living choices. Clean eating is of course a great idea and will result in greater nervous system functioning, higher energy, and overall greater sense of well being.
This of course, is not an exclusive benefit of the product.
So, these two facts alone will have some positive effect on the adherent. However, as we have noted they are NOT exclusive or even invented by Adenotrex.
So in these 2 regards the product is a clear positive. However, weigh it against the price and the alternatives and you may find it not to be the best options.
Other active ingredients…
- D-Ribose, which also helps in the product of anerobic energy sources and can help your anaerobic endurance.
- Taurine, a stimulant like caffeine, that has a similar affect to speed up your system. Another well known ingredient available else where.
- MSM, another ingredient is great for injury prevention, antiin flammation of joints, and recovery in supporting structures. I recommend it. It is also not unique to the product. There is also phelledenron bark which is also an aid in the aforementioned areas, along with MSM.
- Alpha-GPC, which I haven’t read had much experience with personally, but has claims to raise levels of HGH (human growth hormone) which, as a side note, may only play a role in the development of sarcomeric (big muscles) hypertrophy and not gaining strength. There are other claims to mental focus and strength but I have yet to read any substantiating material on the subject, although I’d be open to reading and giving feedback if anyone posted.
Lets give the product the benefit of the doubt for a moment and just assume that all the ingredients function with their respective benefits. It would still fail to transform you athletically alone. It still does not create additional muscle fiber size or contractile strength, and none of the ingredients claim to do that.
This is all not really so bad, it just that some of the advertising claims are above and beyond this. Try to look at the scientific facts and omit promises that are of subjective nature, and you’ll be looking at a much clearer picture of the potential benefits.
Up to you really to weigh the price of the supplement along with, potential alternatives. One thing is clear… if you are serious about your training, this or any other supplement,
even steroids will not get you the results without proper training and nutrition.
If you don’t get the training, nutrition, recovery portions of your workout correct leave this thread right now, go research, get your facts straight, and then think about supplements, such as this one, as something “supplementary” to the real driver of your progress, proper training, nutrition, and recovery.
Good luck, be smart, and train hard.Pages: 1 2
