Adenotrex: The Pros And Cons Of Using Adenotrex

The Pros and Cons of Using Adenotrex If you’re looking into creatine products to enhance your muscle growth, you’ve probably heard of the brand Adenotrex. Why is there so much controversy concerning this product, and will it really produce more gains for your muscles than other creatine supplements? Read below to find out. According to the makers of Adenotrex, the benefits of this product are: 1) Faster gains in the gym and on the court or field 2) Measurable improvements in raw, explosive power 3) Enhanced recovery to get you at peak condition, faster 4) And you’ll never have to use another creatine product They also say this product is safe for 13-year-olds and older, because the ingredients of Adenotrex are simply: - concentrated amino acids, including Taurine - herb and plant extracts and - glucose-derived molecules. There is also no cycling, or periods of non-use or loading, involved. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Well, it’s not all good news. There are also some cons associated with this product, including: 1. Dietary restrictions: Tough luck if you’re fond of colas, sodas, alcohol, chocolate, corn chips, or using cold/cough medicine. All of these will ruin the effectiveness of Adonetrex. 2. Slow shipping, at least according to forum postings. 3. Irresponsible claims: Scientifically-Engineered To Measurably Increase Vertical Jumping Ability, Sprint-Speed And Explosive Power… Without Any Extra Effort! Results with no effort is a warning sign for any improvement product. 4. Expensive: For maximum effects, you’re supposed to take 3 tablets a day, which means you’ll go through a bottle of this every month. At $67, this is a pricey investment. Here’s a little secret: you can get creatine for $10 and it will last you two months. It just won’t claim to retain less water and absorb faster, and these claims are unsubstantiated with Adenotrex anyway. What’s worse, they recommend doubling the daily dose and using two bottles per month. Even at their discounted rate of $99 per two bottles, this is an unnecessary route to take for vertical jump gain. As with any product, only you can tell if it is the best solution for you for athletic performance enhancement. Weigh these pros and cons to help you decide if Adenotrex is the creatine supplement that will help you achieve your greatest gains.

Sounds like a hyped up Nitric Oxide supplement.

I havn’t done any research about adenotrex, however, from this posting I am assuming this is just a glorified N.O. (nitric oxide) supplement. N.O. supps are very popular amoung weight lifters. Nitric Oxide is naturally produced in your body to provide oxygen to the muscles. When you lift, you are depriving your muscles of oxygen, which is the pain you feel when you lift. Since N.O. increases the oxygen that is sent to muscles, you can “get extra pumps” when you use and N.O supp. The main amino acids in them are forms of Arginine and Creatine. A good deal of studys show that consuming 3-5 grams of Arginine before resistance training (weight lifting) gave subjects increase vascularity and “pumps”. Basically it allows you to get those few extra reps. Which results in an increased building of strength. The Creatine as Jacob has explained really helps with muscle recovery and allows you to work very hard and not be too sore the next day. Other ingredients in these N.O. supps are there either to work in conjunction with Arginine and Creatine, For example Beta-Alkaline can increase the effects of creatine and Pycnogenol can further increase N.O. production in the blood stream when used with Arginine. Also, some of the ingredients are there for increased energy such as taurine, citrium mallate, caffeine, etc. Popular N.O. supps are NO-Xplode, Jack3d, Black Powder, N.O. Shotgun, etc. THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER. the supp Jack3d is 30 bucks for a little over 2 months supply.

If you plan to try an N.O. supp make sure you do research on all of the options and to follow the directions on Tolerance Mapping and serving sizes. All of the people I know that take N.O. supps prefer powders over pills. AND THERE IS NO NEED TO TAKE THEM ON NON TRAINING DAYS. I am currently taking NO-Xplode (I am weight lifting 4 days a week in addition to the Jump Manual program) and I only take it on days I lift. I do not take them on the off days of the jump manual program. AND YOU DO NEED TO CYCLE THESE SUPPS. Regaurdless of what they say, use your common sense. If you keep taking these supps without cycling, your body gets used to having this increased amount of amino acids and such and their effects will decrease over time.

Personally I have had great succes with N.O. supps, in my weight lifting, I have tons more energy and I can notice the difference in power only because I have been lifting without them for a while. I think its a general rule of thumb that you need to prove to yourself that you are determined to put in the hard work before you earn the right to take an N.O. I cycle my N.O on for 8 weeks and off for 4 weeks.

if you are interested in finding out about N.O. and all other supps, go to Bodybuilding.com. They have a great site that is very informative and thousands of articles on all things active. And I am not just trying to give them free promo, it is just the site that I always use. I hope this was some help.

i just looked it up and it does not even have arginine in it. its just creatine, and some energy ingredients. N.O. supp would be cheaper and more effective for lifting/energy. but i would only take the N.O. if you are lifting as well.

The dosage of creatine should be 5 gms per servings, better to consume afterwork out and have lots of carbo-rich food. Drinks enough amount of water.

I’ve used Nitric Oxide products. The first one was called Heart Bar. It cost $100 and is no longer available. Then, I tried a GNC brand that barely cost $20, and I couldn’t tell the difference. I do know that when I used both of them, I enjoyed improved stamina. Since I wasn’t training, I couldn’t tell if Nitric Oxide product (L-Arginine) would enhance my training results or performance. I was working as a general laborer and I could work much longer without fatigue. Both products are easier to mix and don’t require any special dietary changes or water consumption protocols in order to be effective. Both products provide 5 grams worth of L-Arginine. I’m going to include the GNC brand of L-Arginine into my current routine. It’s cheap and highly effective.

I have been trying to get my hands on some Adenotrex for some time now, but the website won’t allow purchase. Do you know of any other vendors or anything that might also sell it?
