Personalized Nutrition Plans on a Whole New Level

image Has anyone ever told you that you need to get more protein in your diet?  Or vitamin C?  Or twinkies?  Many trainers, nutritionists, and doctors understand the importance of specific elements in your diet, but assessing and prescribing proper nutrition and supplementation can become a matter of conjecture.

We are all different.

  • Different acid and ph levels.
  • Different testosterone levels.
  • Different amounts of muscle and fatty tissue.
  • Different metabolisms.
  • Different allergies.
  • And on and on….

So here’s the point.  What is YOUR level of testosterone?  What is YOUR personal amino acid profile?  Are YOU to acidic?

Are YOU deficient in areas of your nutrition that may be affecting your training, performance, or recovery?

Sure we can look at your diet, at your performance, and at various other aspects of your performance and routine however, this would still not give us the EXACT data we need.

This week I’m going to present to you a company that I will be developing a relationship with to work with some of my top clients.  Best of all, their services will also be available to YOU.

I was so impressed that I flew out to Oregon to meet with the company first hand and learn more about their procedures and how we might be able to use their services with our clients.  I made videos, and got some great information.  Unfortunately I’m on the road right now, but I should have some great information out to you next week.

Stay tuned!
