do i do the rest of the weight sets slow after i take off a little weight?
doi do1set of2 depth jumps every other weight set?
can i do do deadlifts with the bar starting from the knees i dont know what there called i just know you can add more weight this way?
how long do you wait before starting the program again upon completion?
should i mix squatflex with the program or wait?

I have two sons who are varsity high school basketball players and are dying to get started with your program. what do we need to modify if we begin during their season?

I have purchased the jump manual and I’m a little confused. On the chart on ebook, on day 2, It has ‘off day exercises’ 5 times? Does that mean I do each exercise 5 times in a row, 5 times throughout the day, or do I just do each off day exercise once? Same on day 5 it has ‘off day exercises’ 7 times. Do I do it 7 times or once? Thanks

im only 14 and i have no equipment to use for weight lifting…what excercises and workouts should i do to maximize my jump….please help me i need all the help i can get
Hey i was wondering…. Since i am out for track would it be smart to start the JUMP MANUAL now or weiht till the off season….. I am already lifting weights so i don’t think it would be much of a change…. Also do you think the workout will help increase my triple jump and high jump
can i substitute stiff leg deadlifts for regular ones in your program? and is there any place you would recommend doing single leg hyper extensions in your program?
I like to do 4-5 mile jogs for cardio, would it be bad to get a 5 mile run in the same day I do plyos (running later in the day after plyos). The day after that would be leg day for me in the weight room. Day of rest after that.
On the weighted explosions, how many reps do you do in a row? Do you jump 8 times consecutively without stopping? Does that go for all excersizes? How do you track your progress? If you have a practice, does that interfere with the development and growth of a muscle after a workout?

why is it so hard to develop jumping ability? can i do half deadlifts instead of full deadlifts half means you start around your knees?
Depends on what type of dead lifts you are doing, straight leg, romanian, etc..

Is there any reasons you can’t go all the way down? Partial dl’s will not work the hams, and quads as much.
