Hey Mr. Hiller I have been doing the program for 3 and a half weeks now and I have had a little or no results week to week. I know the excercises are being done correctly because i get very sore, but I want results. Do you have any advice to what I may be doing wrong?

On the weighted explosions, how many reps do you do in a row? Do you jump 8 times consecutively without stopping? Does that go for all excersizes? How do you track your progress? If you have a practice, does that interfere with the development and growth of a muscle after a workout?

I like to do 4-5 mile jogs for cardio, would it be bad to get a 5 mile run in the same day I do plyos (running later in the day after plyos). The day after that would be leg day for me in the weight room. Day of rest after that.

Hey i was wondering.... Since i am out for track would it be smart to start the JUMP MANUAL now or weiht till the off season..... I am already lifting weights so i don't think it would be much of a change.... Also do you think the workout will help increase my triple jump and high jump
