Q: What should i do to get my vertical higher for volleyball?
A: The principles of vertical jump training apply no matter what sport you’re in. This includes dance, football, volleyball or basketball. While The Jump Manual mentions “dunking” and other words related to basketball more often, volleyball players can also gain 10 inches on their vert by following true scientific principles that are guaranteed to help any athlete.

I just wanted to leave my goals publicly like Jason said would be a good idea. I want to gain the 10 inches within 12 weeks so i can easily jump over the blocks in volleyball and kill the ball more efficiently. When I achieve this goal I am also going to use this as my Senior project and prove that when you truly put your mind to something you can do anything!!
