The increase in jumping capacity is useful in all and every sport, and more so in Volley Ball, Baseball, Soccer and Basket Ball. As a child one can stand close to and facing wall, fully extend one hand vertically and should draw a chalk line on the wall. Next, one should jump as high as possible and make chalk mark at highest level of jump. One can repeat this exercise number of times and monitor the progress. As there is visual expression of the progress, the child gets metal and physical stimulation to do better.
