How to stay fit on the road Controversy!


Hey! What’s up guys? So last time, I got in pretty decent shape, I went on a road trip in a camper van and in a camper van it’s too hard to find ways to stay fit especially. Anyways, I’m always on the road, always cruising and so this time I decided we’re gonna do this campervan in Australia, we did it New Zealand and I’ve got to find ways to stay fit because I’m nearing some of my personal bests in my jumping in my minimal lists. I’m just feeling like I’m in a pretty good shape right now. Some of you guys have been following my progress videos and my progress pictures. So anyways, I’ve decided to do something that I know something that I’m not gonna like but that’s okay.

When I’m in campervan, one of the things that I do to stay fit is I used single leg squats. I do single leg plyometrics instead of squat jumps and I do a lot of single leg work. And then I also used trees to do pull ups and I’m also gonna bring a TRX which is the rings, you know, it’s like rings you hang from a tree. You can do pull ups, you can do a lot of things.

And I decided to order my self a squat flex to put in a camper van. I know some of you guys hate squat flex but I think during the camper van. I though about maybe bringing some way to some of bells but I’m looking to apply a lot of resistance because right now I’m dead lifting over 500, I’m squatting well and I need something to put a lot of resistance so I’m gonna use this. So I thought I’m gonna do an unboxing to show some of you guys what it is. And I’m trying to do some videos of myself when I’m in the campervan.

Okay. So pre-assembled. Here it is. So in the campervan, this right here I would just slide underneath the seat. Obviously this is pretty sturdy. And this is the bar and because I’m getting pretty strong I brought a bunch of extra bands. Because I’m gonna trying continue getting stronger. I don’t wanna just maintain while I’m on the road. I wanna get stronger so I got a kind of bands.

Anyways, it’s gonna be pretty sample and if you followed me before I have used this squat flex in the past, I didn’t bring with me to Australia but I did just go ahead and order one that I can use inside a campervan. So I’ll be using this to do all kinds of lifts. Deadlifts, the hot squats, straight leg deadlifts. I can use these to do curls, I can use these to do some upper body stuffs, some shrugs.

Anyways, I figured out a way to use these to do a lot of lifts and I’m gonna be using this in the campervan while I’m cruising around Australia.

So, I think it’s a good idea what do you guys think. What are some other ways that I can stay fit? I wanna just maintain coz in New Zealand, we were there for 2 and a half, almost three months and I lost a lot of strength. I started getting skinny which I don’t like and so this is what I wanna do.

Put this, put that on the back of the campervan at camp sites, I’m gonna whip it out. I’m gonna use my single leg work, I’m gonna do my plyometrics and I’m gonna use this because I can lift it all the bands that I’ve got here, I can literally load these thing to a thousand pounds probably.

So obviously, it’s gonna challenge me to a higher degrees than I would with single leg work alone. I know this is a controversial topic so what do you think? Let me know. What are some other things that I could do? Let me hear from you. I’ll talk to you soon.
