I can make a 1-2 jump and touch the rim with both hands... and one of your posts described the &quot;skinny&quot; type of jumper with a fairly good plyometric ability... and I believe that I&#039;m one of them.

And you said that what they needed to increase their vertical was to weight-lift.

But the thing is, I used to do it , a few months ago. But when I started doing it again, even when I do body-weight exercises... my muscles feels tired after maybe 10-20 rep!

Is that normal? Maybe I should focus on building my strength capacity, then think about adding the plyometrics to it again.</description>
