I am a nationally board-certified medical doctor that has had the privilege to review your Jump Manual. To say the least, I am very impressed. All of the information presented is factual and done in a professional manner. The exercises are optimized with the obvious goal of jumping higher. You have created something here that seamlessly integrates what we know of how the human body and mind work.
Your program for building up exercise capacity to eventually result in explosive gains in vertical jump is both safe and effective if followed as per your detailed instruction. You have obviously researched your field extensively – even delving into anatomy and microbiology to explain how and why these methods work. Many athletes today over-train and it was refreshing how you address what to do before, during and after workouts… and when to give it a rest for recovery. Proper nutrition is always important with any type of physical activity and your program covered this topic well.
The Jump Manual is a program that can help any athlete jump higher regardless of age. It is safe for anyone if they have no pre-existing health issues. If health problems (knee/back pain, etc.) are present they should be assessed by their personal physician prior to starting this or any other type of exercise.
I wholeheartedly endorse this product for anyone wishing to surpass the competition by increasing their vertical limits. Basketball, soccer and gymnastic enthusiasts will not be disappointed.
