   hi jacob my man, can i ask u a favor?…u said in the video that u undergone training program with air alerts, vertical project, or even the vertical bible right?…so, did u get what vert inches u want?wat program did u satisfy that i mentioned?, can u share it with me?….wat im interesting is the program that u have, let say the vjb…can i have a copy of it?..or wat is ur advice to me to take with that?..im very confused bout it…..i hope u can share all the knowledge that u have, thank u

   Im using athletic advantage 2.0 also, i think its great so far.
