yo man, it would be really appreciated if you could give me a little help.. i've tried air alert and strength shoes and got some results but def. not what i was looking for. i started the jump attack program by tim grover, and im only on week 5 right now but i've already gotten decent results, better then what i got from the entire air alert program. but everyday i have to walk to the gym, which is about a mile away, and i think jump attack is a good program, but spending so much time on my feet just walking and having to walk there and back everyday might be having some negative effects of my vertical jump. i still am seeing some results but do you think that it would help to maximize my jumping ability if i didnt walk as much? i know im not like also training my legs for cross country or anything but i really feel that its having a pretty big effect on my jumping, spending so much time using slow twitch fibers. also, after walking, my legs feel and perform sluggishly, and don't go well with explosive movements. thanks alot man. im waiting for your program to arrive and im excited to try it.

I have both the vertical project and athletic advantage 2.0 and i would like to know which one i should use, which one is better, i dont have a hyper machine or a pool that the vertical project requires, and i kinda dont understand the UPN structure that the vertical project gives i really need to gain some inches, i am a die hard basketball player, i have like a 35, or 36 running vertical, i am 5'10 with shoes and am soooo close to dunking, it always rims out, PLUS IAM A TWO FOOTED JUMPER with makes it very difficult,

Thank You, Shawn
