    1. im 16,
      5′6 and about 3 or 4 inches away from getting rim. my sophomore year of basketball just ended and we went undefeated. my question is. if i started working on my vertical leap right now. do you think by my junior year i can be throwing down monster jams.

    2. wow im sorry haha i just joined this forum and just got the program but u have inspired me :) i am 5′6” too!!!

    3. I’m 16 too. 5′9 Iam a sophomore and i can get the ball to the rim… but i lose it before i come down.. if you want to be able to jump higher wear 5lb ankle weights when you practice, or play… practice jumping.

    4. Ankle weights are ok but they put a lot of stress on the knee since all the weight is the base of the foot. This can cause stretching and inflammation of tendon, ligaments and cartilage in the knees ( i’m talking from experience). If you want to follow Tim’s advice, use a weighted vest instead. Your knees will thank you.

    5. I’m 13 and about 5′6 will I be able to increase my vertical at my age? Please write back!
