And I was a decent basketball player. What I ended up doing, is every six months, I’d try to do, , that vertical jump program. I tried Air Alert. I tried Air Alert Two. I tried the Jumpsoles, the Strength Boots. I had the bands, the elastic bands.
I also had, I did the plyometric training for track and everything.
