Hey, Jacob, I just started your workout about a week ago, and when I was doing the second more weight dominated exercises, on the 4th day, it seemed to take me forever, over an hour. And I couldn’t even finish because I remembered that one video mentioning that working out too long was not a good thing.. Am I doing the exercises too slowly, or is it actually fine to go past an hour, to possibly like 1and half or so? Please get back to me!
