How To Choose A Vertical Jump Program: 3 Things To Look For

Choosing the right vertical jump program is critical for your success as you seek to improve your vertical jump. As you look to find a good vertical jump program for you, consider the following three important facets of a credible vertical leap program. Knowledge A good vertical program will provide correct knowledge of training principles. There are 9 different aspects I feel are the only 9 things that can possibly be focused on when increasing your vertical jump. So that helps you hone in your training on the 9 different things. Some of them have to do with your strength; some with your quickness, some your body composition, some your genetics that you can’t change. The others may have to do with how much fuel you’re giving the muscles. If your muscles don’t have the necessary fuel to build and operate correctly, it’s going to affect your vertical jump. There are 9 of these things. The more you learn about each of these 9 aspects, the more they will make sense to you. Some of them are things you can’t control. But at least it’s nice to know what those are so you won’t have to struggle wondering what those aspects are. Structure Once you know what those aspects are, it’s important to have some structure. When I was just starting out, I’d go to the gym and not know exactly what I needed to do. At this point you probably need a lot of structure so you can get comfortable and start seeing results so that you can make your own personalized program, which will be the most effective for you. Personal coaching You’ll need your questions answered to have full confidence in whatever program you’re using. Guaranteed, when you begin, you will have questions about your personal situation. Maybe you’ve had an injury and you’re not sure about the amount of weights you need. Maybe you’re a parent who wonders if you’re too old to participate in vertical jump training. Or perhaps you aren’t sure how to perform a particular exercise. Whatever the case, getting your questions answered by a professional trainer will be of paramount importance to you.
