The Philosophy Behind The Jump Manual: Working With Jacob Hiller
The Philosophy Behind The Jump Manual: Working With Jacob Hiller
For athletes training from The Jump Manual I try to make it as simple as possible. I realize athletes don’t want to swim through hundreds of pages of material that they can’t immediately use. However, I do think it is important for an athlete to correctly understand proper training, especially if I will not be working with them in person.
The better the principles are understood, the easier and more willfully the athlete can put them into practice. For this reason I keep the principles as simple and powerful as possible, but provide enough material so that the scientifically inclined athlete will also be satisfied. It’s a delicate balance, but the feedback has been extremely positive.
An athlete could literally start in the next 30 minutes after receiving the training system, although I would still recommend going through the manual repeatedly to really digest the principles. After a few simple assessments an athlete can dig into the training chart and start hitting the training.
If any athlete has questions beyond what is contained in the ebook, of course he or she can contact me via email with the monthly coaching I provide.
If for any reason you were unsatisfied with the program, within 60 days you can get your money back, no questions asked. I am registered with the Better Business Bureau, and I like to keep my clients happy.
