I have purchased the jump manual and I’m a little confused about one of the exercises. For the sit down reaction trainer, when I explode to a standing position, do I jump or not?
I have purchased the jump manual and I’m a little confused. On the chart on ebook, on day 2, It has ‘off day exercises’ 5 times? Does that mean I do each exercise 5 times in a row, 5 times throughout the day, or do I just do each off day exercise once? Same on day 5 it has ‘off day exercises’ 7 times. Do I do it 7 times or once? Thanks
