Do I Have To Buy A Lot of Equipment to jump higher?

The most important thing for me as a personal vertical jump trainer is getting you higher in the air. Now you’re going to hear something that you may not believe—there’s no elaborate equipment required.

It should come as a relief for you that you don’t need a lot of fancy gizmos to get you in the air. In fact, all you need is knowledge of correct principles…and the determination to pursue them.

Too many programs out there make it sound like a lot more products and a lot more time needs to be invested than is really necessary.

The truth is, you don’t need a weight room (although it sure helps), you don’t need $200 a month on supplements (there are budget versions of supplementation that are much more cost-effective), you don’t need platform shoes, and you don’t need a Jacuzzi (yes there are programs out there that say those are necessary).

Those are nice supplemental things you can choose to add for your own personal pleasure, but the truth is, they’re not necessary. That should be a relief for you.

A good program will provide cost-effective ways to getting you results, so that many extra purchases don’t have to be made. I’ve been traveling for an extended period, and I’ve learned some great ways to work out even when you don’t have a lot of equipment to work with.

If you have more questions about this, contact me. You can visit The Jump Manual homepage here.
